GreenCarGear accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ViaBill.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. We do not charge card fees.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK)
GreenCarGear uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After that, you must pay your monthly benefit on the same date each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill ends.

The delivery time for your order is 1-4 business days.
GreenCarGear ships goods with the following: GLS – ParcelShop (49,-), GLS Home Delivery/Commercial (69,-)
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You will always receive a track and trace number. so you can track your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop at GreenCarGear ApS.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the time limit runs from the day you receive the last item.

In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you receive the first goods.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to hey@greencargear.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel any part of your purchase.

(Please note, the shipment must be sent as a courier to the address, we do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops and the like. The product must be returned in its original packaging and packed securely so that it is not damaged in transit).

Condition of goods on return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you can try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and may be of diminished value. This may mean that if you cancel your purchase, you get a smaller part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to GreenCarGear to assess the condition of the goods. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 days to send the goods back to us.  You must pay for the package to be returned and you will be liable if any damage occurs during transit. 

Uncollected parcels in parcel shops: if you have not collected your parcel from the parcel shop within the deadline, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. Please contact us and provide your order number. You will be charged a new shipping amount as we have to resend the package to you. If you have not picked up his package, it can not be considered as a cancellation of the purchase.

Repayment of the purchase price 

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. 

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We’ll refund you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.

Right to complain

There are 2 years warranty on products under the Danish Purchase Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in software, material and workmanship.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints regarding defects must be notified to GreenCarGear within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is void if the defect is due to incorrect or unusual handling of the product.
GreenCarGear will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact us at hey@greencargear.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaints portal for Nævnenes Hus: naevneneshus.dk

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. and email address.

We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with GreenCarGear ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process the data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what data we process about you.

If you think the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were intended to use it.
